  • I'll make this short. It's been about 7-10 business days I call them to see if the Cremation was ready. I talked to Rachel earlier today and was told I will be given a call around 2 PM after the cremation was done I have not yet received a call it is now 5:10pm in the office is closed and my grandmother's memorial is in a day bad customer service very disappointed I was also was told it closed at 5:30
