  • HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE WILL NEVER RETURN. THE WAXER name VANESSA ripped my skin off while waxing right eyebrow. I expressed to her that she had tore my eyelid and it hurts. VANESSA made light of her mistake and was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She stated that perhaps "I could use coconut oil to ease the tore/welp eyelid skin". OMG this lady was unapologetic and laughed off my pain as if it was nothing. This is NOT the way you treat customers. Keep in mind NO MANAGER WAS ON DUTY I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO ANY EUROPEAN WAX CENTERS.
