  • Very unprofessional company I called them one day and told them what was the problem because my plumber told me that he shot the camera in the drain and it stopped at 160 feet in so I told them that we needed a 200 ft long snake to go all the way in and they said they have it and it's $225 charge and when they got there it was $300 not $225 and no checks I said ok And they told me they'll come in next day at 9am 8 am I get a call from the tech asking me if there is water and power outlet out there and I said yes He comes in and start looking telling me they don't have enough extension cord so I went to the apartments behind my business asking them for power and they said ok Next thing he told me that his machine is too big to fit in the ally And the ally way is 5ft wide but there was a tree in the way that they didn't wan to work excuses excuses excuses So he said that they'll look for a smaller machine on a different truck and they'll let me know within couple of hours and didn't hear back from them I called and spoke to the lady and she felt bad for me but couldn't do anything So now I can't open for the day because of this stupid company
