  • In the past 24 hours, I have gotten two messages, and three comments on my review, accusing me of working for the competition, and threatening to have their lawyers contact me, I feel an update is in order. First off, the job was not under my name, but my girlfriend's, which is why they couldn't find it in their records. I will send the owner her name in a private message. She also wanted me to mention that the grout is cracking too She also corrected me, saying that the work was done more like two and half years ago. I will update my review accordingly. Secondly, as the owner pointed out, I do have 196 reviews. If you look at my stats, I joined in 2006. 196 reviews over four years is pretty reasonable, I think. Initially, I didn't want to add too many details regarding our project, for fear that I would get exactly this sort of backlash. However, I will be happy to take some pictures of the items I mentioned, and add them to my review.
