Just came back from a 3 night stay over July 4th week and it was a terrible experience. We've stayed in many different hotels but this is clearly the worst. Definitely will not be back.
The condition of the suite clearly warrants the need for construction. Bathroom floor tiles were wobbly and seem unsafe for a hotel.
Construction was going on the entire time and the fact that hotel management allows contractors to start work before 8am while guests are still resting is totally unacceptable. We were told at check in that there would be minor inconvenience like water shutting off for an hour every day, but we did not expect that a crew of contractor would start drilling right above our hotel room before 8am while we were trying to sleep.
It took us 3 tries to get toilet paper. First the housekeepers didn't replenish the toilet paper when they did 'housekeeping' (though the bed was made). When we called the front desk, they told us to come and get it ourselves. Ok?~! But we did anyways. When we showed up at the front desk, staff was unable to locate the toilet paper, so sent us back to our room emptyhanded and told us he'd send someone to bring the toilet paper to our room. We're not asking for anything extravagant, it's a roll of toilet paper... for crying outloud. How can such a poorly managed hotel stays in business is totally beyond me....
