  • I really don't understand the reviews below, unless they're fake. Frank & Oak has subpar quality clothing. Basically this is the quality you would get at Old Navy or Gap, at about 2-3 times the price. And they make it very difficult to discontinue a membership. The website does not allow you to cancel a membership; it says you have to call. But when I called (at 12pm Pacific) they put me on hold for 5 min. (with VERY annoying techno music) and then said there was nobody to help me and I had to send an e-mail. I sent an e-mail and am waiting to hear back from them. If anybody is there, PLEASE cancel my membership! Terrible customer service. Mediocre clothing. High prices. So much not to love. Why so many 5 stars? Again, unless they're fake.
