  • Awesome work, professional & polite! I called Roto-Rooter and within 15 minutes the service tech "Doc" called me back. He said he would be at my home within 2 hours and was here inside 2 hours. As he entered my home I noted he put booties on his shoes as to not get my carpet dirty. He quickly evaluated the problem and began working. "Doc" had to use the roto-rooter machine at the external drain access outside of my kitchen. I noted he wrapped plastic around his machine wheel so as not to splash contaminants onto the outside of my home. "Doc" informed me about the use of larger sink disposals (horsepower) and then suggested an enzyme product to help keep my drain clear, which I purchased. He informed me of the 6 month guarantee of his work. I thought the overall price was expensive but I had been having trouble with this sink for a long time. Go to their website and print out the coupon for $20 off, I did. I am very happy to have used roto-rooter as I would not nor could I have fixed this sink drain issue myself. I recommend roto-rooter to anyone needing plumbing service at their home or business. Very professional, timely and they get the job done. Thanks "Doc" & roto-rooter!
