  • Pretty disappointed with this company. I had new hardware and some rekeying done on April 22, 2016, the day before I moved into my home. In the last couple of days, less than 90 days later, I am finding that one of the deadbolts is actually loose and wobbly in the door. No bueno! So this morning I call them to see about having someone come out and take a look at what the problem is, and I'm informed that there will be a $90 service charge!! And that's just to come out - not to do anything! I find that rather absurd, excessive and unrealistic, considering this was THEIR work and it's less than three months since it was installed. Guess I'll need to start calling around for someone who is reasonably priced to look at it. Pity.
