  • So you know what. My house was complete in January. Now the tile has started cracking so we are back to square on. Going through this damn mess again. All I have to say is this. Patterson remodeling has been OUTSTANDING. IT wasn't their fault it was THE TILE SHOP fault. The Tile had cracked glass inside of it which was beautiful. However the glass started popping out. Patterson is doing that tile over at no cost to me. The TILE SHOP is giving replacing the tile however has not even asked to compensate me or Patterson for labor and materials for all the demo or replacement. They are still selling this crappy tile and all Jason with the tile shop said is I'm empathize with you. Sorry Charlie that doesn't give me any comfort. Ive had no working shows for 5 days. So I'm advising no one but tile from this company but will always recommend PATTERSON REMODELING as they are truly professional and stand behind their work even though the TILE SHOP refuses to make this right. Also I couldn't have a better construction manager than Matt Hintze and his crew. They truly are the best
