  • Buyer beware. I bought a bag on sale and walked out. I remembered I have a very similar bag and walked back in 5 minutes later. I was told No returns Only exchange or store credit. They said to check the receipt and I asked them to point it out. Reluctantly they did. Overall they weren't too rude but I think it's a terrible store policy that is not normal in America so should be better published. There were like 3-4 people at the registers but kind of mulled around. It seemed they had something to do and was trying to ignore me since it looked I wanted to return. Waiting longer just added to my dismay.
