  • Since the innovations, several problems have persisted. If ordering at the counter, you have a 7/10 shot of getting your food without having to eventually hand them your ticket to remind them. Not exaggerating. Workers will watch you hang around waiting for over 20 minutes without intervening, either terrified or hoping you'll go away. Kiosks do not indicate when something is out of stock or unavailable, which is often, and you usually have to find out for yourself. Very frustrating.
