  • My family stayed here in March, 2016. We spent one night here while going to a Cleveland Cavs game. We were able to check in slightly early around 1 with no problems. We were given a warm cookie for each of us too. Hotel is in walking distance to the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame, Browns Stadium, and the Q (10 minute walk). Parking was 18.00 per day with in/out privileges. There is a Winking Lizard Bar/Restaurant a short walk away. We had a two queen bedroom. Room was a fair size. Everything was clean. Bathroom was a fair size. Wi-Fi was free and a decent speed. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were awful. We did have a small refrigerator in the room but no microwave. Towels were quite large and soft as well. We went to the pool twice. Pool was a nice size and not too crowded. Pool Sunday morning was a little cooler but bearable. Hot tub was ok. Plenty of towels. Did utilize the shuttle. Both drivers were very friendly and willing to take you anywhere in downtown. Everyone associated with the hotel was friendly. This was my first stay here and I would definitely consider staying here again.
