  • Both of the front desk ladies are very professional and helpful as are the Doctors. I can only speak for myself. My son loves his adjustments but I find Dr. S less compassionate of other health complications than the other Dr. (Dr. V?) I have RA, Fibro and I have had six surgeries in the last five years so I understand that I am not a typical patient and I should probably seek more traditional chiropractor care in the future. The reason? During an adjustment I had a very sharp pain in my rib and his response lacked compassion and included a shoulder shrug. I feel that the comments made showed a lack of information about my condition. I will continue to see the other Dr. for the rest of my contract who does have an understanding of my situation and didn't just hear what I said, but listened. I love the concept of The Joint! and the pricing even if it isn't a good fit for me. My son will continue his chiropractic care at this location.
