  • This store is actually called "West Cost Kids". First off, the selection and unique items at this store are wonderful. There are many things here that you will not find anywhere else save for an exhaustive online search. However, it is price-prohibitive and the service lacking. Unfortunately, for all the great selection, I cannot justify the kinds of prices they demand for everyday items that will be used a year or less, be barfed on and eventually go into a giveaway bag. As well, the staff seemed less-than-willing to help and we were largely ignored for most of our visit. I would recommend West Coast kids for items that deserve a higher price point, like good safety equipment, breast pumps or complicated, brand-name travel tools like strollers, but would be remiss to recommend them for everyday items like clothing, bedding, towels, toys, decor or even cribs and chairs - which are available in great quantity at far more reasonable cost elsewhere. Go to West Coast kids to get ideas for your nursery decor or to buy a stroller, but that's it. T.
