  • I am an older retired woman. I had very bad pain in my lower back. Luke Air Force Base could not fit me in today. I asked if I could go to Urgent Care. They sugested I go to the ER instead due to the facts that I stated I was was having. I have never tried this ER. It is the closest to my home. The Dr. Asked me a few questions. I told him this pain was different than the pain I experience with my arthritis. He got up and said he would give me pills. I asked if he was going to do any tests or x ray. He said for what? He was very uncaring. I told him my Dr's office sent me to the ER because I would need tests that perhaps Urgent care could not offer. I should have gone to Urgent care. I would have gotten better care. The Drs. Name is Jared Green. A young cocky Dr. I will never go back!
