  • European Wax Centers (aka Douglas Payne-franchise owner) are a very shady and unethical business. Buyer beware...they are in breach of contract on their monthly wax pass and now want members to pay for a full year's services up front...in this economy, are you crazy? By the way, if you have a service issue or complaint, good luck finding a manager or talking to the owner. They're all in hiding. Salons are NOT ALLOWED to provide names, or contact info for their salon managers. Advice to all, go to a professional, ethical salon where the managers are available to all to insure that you- the customer- get the satisfaction you deserve for the fees you're paying!
