  • 5 for the variety of products and quality. 3 for the service/staff: whereas some guys are really friendly and will allways be helpful and offer you some free samples, 3/4 of the staff- especially girls/muscular girls I mean....- are not friendly at all and treat (male) customers like simple wallets; no smile, no sample, no advise, mean looks, chatting together and not even looking at you when paying! perhaps they are more friendly with girls... go there, buy your stuff and run outside; no extra included with them. would it be so terrible to hire only friendly staff in such places? to ask staff to be friendly like in fitness clubs? if the aim is just to sell, then close these stores and make this busines an purely on-line one!
