  • Now we all know the Park Rd shopping ctr is frozen in time, even with some recent lipstick added to our proverbial pig. The store mix is great, we've just given up on the landlord stepping into the year 2015. That goes for the dated, smelly theater as well. On this beautiful Friday evening there was no ticket office open. Instead, we ventured inside to wait at the concession counter to visit one of two employees staffed (Did I mention, Friday night?) never fear, she sold us a ticket. Then (obviously) it made sense to have us wait in another line all over to get concessions. Either lower the ticket prices so this is a value theater - or keep the premium price and staff appropriately or maybe even replace the carpet. We do love Park Rd shopping center, we Charlotteans just need more from the theater!
