  • This Jared has the best customer service. My husband has spent a decent amount of money at this location, and we always receive friendly, courteous service. We never feel rushed or pushed to make a decision. When we were looking for my wedding ring, they ordered in a number of opal Le Vian rings to help me find the perfect opal. When we started my Pandora collection, they pulled out tray after tray of charms for me to choose from. When purchasing my husband's wedding band, we were shown plenty of rings, and were never pressured to make a selection while my husband "hmm'ed". When my husband was looking for a gift, they helped him find the perfect Le Vian opal necklace to match my wedding ring. Most recently, I needed to have a warranty service done on a ring purchased recently. Tirzah and the manager (whose name I unfortunately do not know) went above and beyond and took care of my issue. If you are looking for a jewelry store that will not pressure you, will offer you phenomenal customer service, and will treat you like a valued client, I suggest you look nor further.
