  • I had my daughters & Nieces birthday party at big surf & we had an amazing time! I had a big party about (35 people), so when I originally called, I started working with Joe Shannon. He coordinates the larger parties, & let me tell you...Joe was BEYOND AMAZING to work with! Minutes after our initial conversation, he sent all the necessary paperwork via email which was super simple! After he kept in contact with me letting me know how everything was going to work! The day of the party, Joe was there to greet us at the door, & had everything so beautifully organized! From tickets, to our seating, to the catering...even fans & misters! My family was thrilled! Because of Joe...we will be visiting Big Surf again! Thank you Joe Shannon for making our visit an incredible one!
