The nail tech I've always gone to has moved out of state so I've been searching for a new place to get my nails done... First time here. I am a full time college student with two jobs. Ive always been a really "girly" gal and I've always loved keeping myself well maintenance. But clearly I don't have too much time on my hands to do so, I realized I had a busy week coming up. Didn't think I'd have enough time to get a set done later on this week. So I went in right after work because it's really close by. I asked the receptionist what time they closed, she didn't answer my question but asked what I wanted to get done. I told her a new full set. She told me if I wanted to get them done today I could go wait in the back, so I did. If she just told me that they were almost closing (something I was unaware of) maybe I wouldn't have had such a pissy tech. I would've been totally fine with returning another time, I've read the good reviews on here so I was bound to come back and try out the experience. Right away I started noticing the differences in which I was being treated as compared to the girls around me. Was it because I was still in my work uniform and not in a nice feminine outfit like the rest of the women in there? From walking in to walking out I felt weird vibes and in a way "unliked" from the receptionist and tech. Aside from all this, when it came to my nails I asked for narrow nails with a squared top (something I always go for) but instead was given wide nails (???) with two of them being crooked. I've never had such a disappointing experience, I was really expecting a completely different outcome. Having mixed feelings, don't think I'll be coming back.
