  • This review is for Michael, the bartender at North Pool. Michael made our stay memorable. We spent most of our stay at South Pool because our kids enjoyed playing volleyball; however, once we met Michael at North Pool we were converts. I had no intention of ordering food or drinks from the pool bar but when Michael came by the pool with such a friendly disposition I figured why not have a gin and tonic and stay a while. That turned into a few cocktails each for my husband and me and pizza for the kids. If something we asked for wasn't available at the pool bar, no problem! Michael just walked inside and ordered from the main bar. The word "no" is not in his vernacular when it comes to customer service. When the customers are happy, Michael is happy. Our 8-year old son has talked about Michael often since we left. Our son is a kind soul and was touched by Michael's hospitality. He has repeatedly asked me, "Remember Michael from Scottsdale? He was so nice. Have you written him a review yet?" Yup. Done. :-)
