| - Oh. my. gosh. The pupusas. I ate three of them and spent the rest of the evening in a food coma. Definitely try the carne asada and shrimp pupusas. The cheese one was fine, but the other two were out-of-this-world delicious. They come with a tasty salsa and some awesome veggies to toss on top. I also tried part of what appeared to be a meat platter, with shrimp, carne, sausage, jalapeno, salsa, beans, rice, fresh queso, and plantain, served with fresh-made corn tortillas (they taste identical to the ones cooked fresh for us daily by our house mother during our homestay in Honduras). Again, amazing. The fact that this place is family-run and has Mexican soap operas playing on a flat-screen tv in the dining area just adds to the awesomeness. 5 stars. I'll be back.
