  • Somebody had recommended us to check Furniture Row. And our experience was really very good. Kathy assisted us-she was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We told her what we will looking for-and she knew exactly what to show us. She told us pros and cons of few sofas we had short listed, and that helped us to decide which 1 to finalize. I also asked her how we could get rid of her old so far-and she provided us information about an organization that can pickup are old furniture from our house and it can be used for charitable work. Also got unlimited cleaning supplies for our furniture for 5 year period. We were very happy with our experience, and know where to go next time if we were doing any furniture shopping. Strongly recommend talking to Kathy if you are at Furniture Row....
