  • I used to be a die hard ride now fan because a few of my friends worked there. After they have left, I was skeptical because I have trust issues. Needless to say, I needed to have another recall done on my Rzr. I called ride now on Rancho because it was the closest to my house. I originally bought my Rzr from the craig Road location and I've given them an excellent review but the people who worked there before, are no longer there. I wasn't quite sure how my service was going to be at Rancho. I called a couple of weeks ago, and who ever I spoke to was very helpful and was able to get me in right away and explained to me that it wouldn't take long and that I can just wait for it. Unfortunately I couldn't get in right away but he scheduled an appointment for me for today 4/21 at 9am. I got there as they were opening up and trying to find parking for my big ass truck and trailer could be challenging. Especially when they were trying to pull out everything to start their day. I asked where I can parked and one of the guys showed me where and was very nice. I pulled my Rzr out and parked it and walking in to service. I feel bad for the service advisor because the poor guy was the only person there. There were two people a head of me and he did his best to get us quickly taken care of. It was about 9:15ish is when I got helped. No biggie, I'm in the automotive industry so I know exactly how it feels to be the only one there. He didn't show any frustration and had a smile on his face and hell, he even remembered me and joked around with my name lol.. I enjoyed that. Jason the service advisor told me it wouldn't take long, and I had ask to borrow a jump box cause my quad had died and he got a technician to come it and help me. Very helpful! I so waited in my truck and sure enough, 10am he came out to my truck (which I was surprised cause he could've just called me but he took time to walk out to me) and told me my Rzr was done. I am extremely happy with the service. Even though my friends don't work at ride now anymore.. I feel like I can trust this place. Jason and everyone there were happy and had smiles on their faces and they didn't get mad at me even though I took up most of their parking. They didn't even ask me to move. Thank you Jason.. for being true to your word. I'll be back for services.. oh and btw, their technician offered to rinse my Rzr down because I brought it to them disgustingly dirty. But I opted not to because I'm gonna tear up the desert again tomorrow! But I appreciate the offer. Way to go for customer service!!
