| - Interesting place. Very unassuming frontage. It's dark inside and very "adult", but our toddler daughter was treated fantastically by the staff, as our stroller was well attended to. Fortunately she behaved appropriately!
The braised piglet risotto with foie gras shavings was decadent and delicious. Definitely one of the food highlights of our Canada trip. The duck magret (breast) with cauliflower, fave beans and wild flowers honey was only serviceable, as I found the combination just not that interesting, despite the preparation being fine. My wife had the fresh catch (which we don't remember what type it was, perhaps halibut), with corn, fiddleheads, and chanterelle. She enjoyed it, although I didn't get a chance to try it.
Service was stellar. We had great personal attention for our largish party, and felt very comfortable during the entire well paced meal. A wonderful feel inside this clubby atmosphere.
