rev:text	I had an experience at Strut two years ago for a friend's wedding that was not good, but I decided to give it another go. I am so glad I did! Liz and Ashley were helpful, knowledgeable, and so very friendly. They showed me all sorts of things and asked great questions to get a feel of what I was looking for. I tried on almost 10 dresses and never felt like they were pushy or rushing me even though I'm super picky and didn't know what I wanted. They even made suggestions that I would never have chosen and ended up loving. They are good at what they do! I am leaving one star out for the initial experience, which was with the owner. (It's one thing if it's something with the store or an employee, but the owner is the heart of a business and directly reflects the core philosophy of that business.) It's not the fault of the associates that she made out first experience so poor and, in fairness to the associates, they did try to do what they could despite her limiting their ability to be as helpful as I think they wanted to be. And again, this was two years ago - everyone has bad day(s) so I'm hoping maybe we just caught her during a bad spell. The takeaway: I am very glad I gave this store a second try. After this last visit I would definitely recommend this shop, especially to size 14+ gals. Make an appointment - it's a lovely shop and you'll get a lot of great ideas and be able to actually TRY ON dresses made for plus size women. It's refreshing. Thanks again, Liz and Ashley. My experience today was great!
