  • Super shady where we felt like they just wanted to up-sell you on service that was not necessarily needed. We went in for an oil change...a Manager type came out and said our transmission and brake fluid were brown so he needed to change them. Suspicious since we just had work done, but said okay. Then 10mins later our brakes and rotors were shot and needed to be replaced. We asked them to show us the work through rotors and brake pads. At first he said okay, then all of a sudden didn't have time to get the car up on the lift and our brakes were about 30%. We passed on that service. When we finally went in to pay, the be same guy was selling the same bill of goods to another customer.
