Bad Dealership...any department.
Lied to by salesmen about vehicle features re-purchase, lip-service from management team about 'we're in the process of improving things here'. Talked back/forth for several days but multiple misfires throughout e.g. phone calls returned late, incorrect details provided, etc. Finally closed a deal with them after beating them up on the price....and then made the mistake of allowing the vehicle to be serviced by them:
1) 2nd-from-top after-market remote starter (as promoted by dealership) wasnt entirely compatible with vehicle. Top model was more compatible and when we had problems, they refused to swap out model for a fee...they wanted to be paid FULLY AGAIN for an uninstall/re-install. We dont feel we need to pay for a mis-recommended component but still offered to pay the difference for the actual hardware...they still refused. We took the vehicle to a professional remote-started business and they swapped the units for barely more than the hardware cost after hearing our story...THANKS AUTOTEMP!!!
2) bought winter tires and the vehicle shook after installation. We brought it back and they (claimed to) rebalance. 6 months later we put summer tires back on and they also shook. Complained about that too and they said we need a wheel alignment. We then too it to another Honda dealer and they rebalanced both sets of tires and said they were HORRIBLY DONE. Even showed us that 1) weights were incorrect 2) were in the wrong spots on the rims. When we told them that T&T did this...they only charged us to rebalance 1 of the sets as 'goodwill' so that we would stay happy with Honda in general.
Possibly the worst dealership experience we've ever had.
