  • I am normally hesitant to speak with salespeople as I prefer to make decisions and shop on my own. I was however delighted to meet Taylor who offered me a complimentary hand/arm massage as he demonstrated several of LUSH's body lotions. I was putty in his hands as he thoroughly described the products and compared their uses. He was incredibly knowledgeable of all of the items that I asked him about. He told stories of how the fragrances and skin care items were created, discussed ingredients and used both of his arms as a sampling pallette. He was extremely friendly, easy to talk to and kind. And no lie - I would seriously go back just for the hand/arm massage alone! I ended up purchasing a lot of cool gifts for my cousin. I will definitely be back!
