  • This is bad service department. Dropped the truck off for oil change. It's official. 1 HR 45 min. . . For an oil change? They did also give me a car wash. So that maybe is what took the additional time. Two stars because the advisor was friendly and waiting area is comfortable. But, Sorry Camelback Ford. You fell short of expectations with long wait times. Won't be coming back.
