I was hoping to write something positive about this dealership but alas, this is not the case. As mentioned by Leila, I bought my brand new 2013 Jetta Highline from Yorkdale VW and had the worst customer service experience ever. Not only was the sales staff extremely unprofessional (e.g. they lost my owner's manual upon the car handover and made us wait for almost an hour for the sales person), I tried to speak to management about my dissatisfaction. They responded with a very nonchalant attitude regarding my issues. I then found the owner/president of the dealership; we had one conversation in June and every since then, he and the dealership has ignored my emails and calls.
I can assure you that I will not return my car to this dealer for any service nor recommend it to any family or friends for the purchase of an automobile. I love my Volkswagen but I do not share the same sentiment for the dealer. Buying a new car should be a pleasant one; this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. #forshame
