Their service has really gone down hill. I had been using Pool Agency for a couple of years, but at the start of this summer things fell apart, the pool was constantly dirty, and turned green multiple times. The company blamed my equipment and talked me into spending $150 on a cleaning with a portable filter - with no results. Then they sold me a brand new cartridge pool filter for $1500 even though the current sand filter was only 2 years old. The manager Tony came one time to clean himself after the fly-by-night techs failed to show again. He then he gave up on us and refused to step in and trouble shoot issues with the techs not showing or whether their new equipment was functioning correctly - the pool stayed dirty for weeks. I called him upset and Tony said that he has a lot going on right now and that I was not his top priority! 3 days later the pool was a green swamp again. I am done. I emailed the owner and he replied stating that there was a lot of turn over in their staff recently explaining some of the reason behind all these issues.
