I really liked the doctor here, but the office staff is horrible. 90 of the time when you call they day they are closed, even though it's during business hours. The billing department doesn't return calls. I went in for a yearly physical and they billed it as an allergy treatment. So my insurance denied it because I didn't have a referal. My insurance said they needed to code it as a general exam. When I called to ask them to code it correctly and resubmit, the billing person insisted that it was submitted right and the mistake was my insurance companies fault. I called insurance and they said, no it was corded wrong. I call back to tell them this and get transferred right to voicemail. I've left several messages and gotten no call back.
