  • I have been with them for two months. I have had nothing but problems. First they want you to email them about everything. when you email expect them to take two weeks to respond, or not even respond. I've had to call leave vm several times for my issues and they have never been returned. I feel like I'm harassing them because I have to constantly call. this is I give them a week to respond to my emails and voicemails. they said my rent was rejected due to insufficient funds. I had well over triple my rent in my account. my bank said they took the money out them reversed it back. so I had to pay $200 in late fees. I said I would never move again till I buy a house but when my lease is up I'm moving. I had first service residential before them and I guess they sold my unit to them, I don't know. but I never had problems till now. DON'T RENT FROM THEM. I have had a constant headache with them.
