  • My name is Calvin McCollum and I WALKED into Dr Perry's office last year with lower back and nerve pain in my right thigh. Dr. Perry performed surgery and left me in horrible pain. He performed a revision surgery and found large bone chips in my L2-L3 disc. I continued to suffer serious pain for months afterwards and the only imagery other than X-rays. 6 months later my oncologist discovered an infection in my spine from the back surgeries. After the infection was cured Dr Perry's office called me into an unscheduled appointment and told me he had no more reason to see me even though I continued to suffer serious pain. I now can only walk with a cane, walker or wheel chair for longer distances. Please choose one of the other doctors. Do not see Dr. Archie Perry! My name is Calvin McCollum.
