I was craving for that similar Mexican cuisine I had back at Sadies in Albuquerque. Had to wait 20 minutes for a table for 5, which was not too bad. Since my kids only eat sopapilla, I asked if I can order them as appetizers and the waiter said don't worry about it. So I ordered the:
#14 Chimichanga Plate w/ shredded beef, beans & rice (3 stars - beef was too dry, dish looked sad) & a stuff beef sopapillas for my oldest to try. Since they usually serve the sopapillas at the end of the meal they forgot to bring it out for my kids (not a big deal). The sopapillas were alright (3 stars).
The good:
- service
- chips & spicy dipping sauce (yummy!)
The bad:
- no fruit in my "real sangria"
- my Chimichanga Plate was dry & didn't look that appetizing
