  • I had eagerly been waiting for HR2 to arrive, thinking that it would be something like Holt Renfrew Last Call north of Toronto, where HR sends its previous season's clothing to be sold at markdown prices. Instead, this store carries mainly "direct to outlet" clothing, i.e., clothes that are made by known designers specifically for outlet stores, and which show neither the quality cut or fabric seen in it's namesake lines. There was a tiny section of what I call "real" shoes and purses i.e., items that were originally sold in non-discount stores, but this had been picked over and the staff didn't know how often they would receive new merchandise. But even if I knew, I don't think that I would make a return trip as it is extremely difficult to "zip" into Quartier Dix30 where this store is located. With poorly marked signs when exiting from autoroute 10, and signs misdirecting you from the mall back to the autoroute 10 west, I won't be returning any time soon.
