  • I HAVE LITERALLY NEVER dealt with a slower, more incompetent office in my entire life. If you're trying to reach them by phone, be prepared to wait for 30+ minutes each call. And FYI they don't tell you anything over the phone. Nothing at all. Even if you're asking them to and you are the patient on the phone. The most inconvenient and least helpful office I've ever been to. Oh and as far as "bedside manner" goes - i would give them a solid 1 out of 10. Meaning, STAY AWAY.
