Rudest staff at the gate I have ever experienced (specifically "PA011") New bag policy needs to be called out at time of tickets being purchased or on the actual tickets so that guests know what to expect. How would someone know they now have the same bag policy as Heinz Field unless specifically going to their website in advance, un-prompted? I have worked for brands with a focus on customer experience my entire career and it's clear that they are not considering this in the least. It must be all about bottom line sales to this venue.
Ended up missing a concert I had been looking forward to all summer and being treated like scum of the earth by the gate staff on top of that. Uncalled for and unprofessional.
