  • Oyster pancake is closest to Taiwan I've had. Xlb was juicy but temperature was a bit off.no sticky tofu as vendor was closed per hostess. Yeah service sucks, but that's the norm at lower grade Chinese joints. For the deli grade, it's the perfect. If you want 1st rate service you got to go to hotel or more costly joints
