rev:text	I would never buy another vehicle from this place again. In fact I wouldn't ever utilize their service department or consider them to be a respectable business. The sales staff will lie without shame, Bob the service manager will lie, and as you can see a consistent pattern this most assuredly goes all the way to the top. We were told that all necessary repairs would be done to the vehicle we were purchasing as they would never sell a vehicle that wasn't road worthy....I am surprised that their 'rigorous' inspection and service methods missed the fact that the entire front end is in extreme disrepair and will need to be fixed to the tune of $1,200.00. I took it to Brown Brothers and they maintain that the issues is a minor drive axle repair that they would only charge me about $400.00....upon having diagnostics done at the dealership I was told that couldn't be further from the truth....this is scary because Bob himself, service manager extraordinaire, drove the vehicle and assured us it was no big deal....lets not forget that the insides of the two front tires are so dangerously bald that I have been warned about the severity of their condition and the extreme danger I was putting myself and my family in when we drive this vehicle....we have put less than 200 miles on it and it is turning into a nightmare.....since we have barely been able to drive the vehicle I would advise you to take a mechanic, go in broad daylight, and question everything anybody tells you. It is a sad state of affairs when you realize that a seemingly decent car lot is in fact a shady chop shop looking to swindle hardworking people out of their hard earned money. They also told me they do the mechanical work for the lot across from auto zone, if that is the case I would not buy a vehicle from this dealership either....We were willing to play blue book in light of a couple of dents but this was only because we were promised that the vehicle would require a bit of work to make it safe, work that Brown Brothers didn't perform.
