  • My husband and I desperately needed a good long lasting mattress. We've tried many cheap mattresses and decided to buy a more expensive one in hopes that we wouldn't have to keep purchasing mattresses every other year. When the salesman informed us of their replacement policy, should something go wrong with our mattress or box spring, we were sold. We bought a $2200.00 mattress set with a lifetime guarantee. 1 1/2 years later our mattress became bumpy, less sturdy and caused our backs to pain. We called the company, paid $40.00 for them to exam our crappy $2200.00 mattress set, only to find out that due to a small lemonade spill on the mattress that they can't replace it. Wow! What the heck are you going to do with our mattress, resale it for full price? It's better to purchase a mattress that arrives in a box from Amazon for a cheaper price....1/2 the cost. Those mattress last a long time. Can't believe we not only waisted money but even trusted this company's guarantee. They simply found a way to not honor they policy. No where did it state that a spill would cause them to reject our replacement request. Complete rip offs!! Update 12/21/17: This company just left the most craziest response ever! They charged me 40.00 to examine my mattress. I had a small lemonade spill and they denied a replacement. I was NEVER NEVER told that if I spill something on my mattress that it would invalidate anything. Again, purchase your mattress elsewhere. Mattress is a piece of crap! Oh and the only other option is to BUY another mattress from them. HAhahHa Nice response!!
