  • I went in on a Thursday and got my nails done. Just a nice simple natural pale nude color with rhinestones on my finger across the cuticle. Over 4 days all of my nails had managed to completely fade to a pure brown color. The polish wasn't suppose to do that, it just did. And then the two fingers with the rhinestones had completely fallen off. I called on that next Wednesday (6 days after I had gotten them done the first time) they proceeded to say they would do them for free. And all was good, and everyone was polite and nice to each other and we got it figured out. I went in that following Saturday to get them redone. The did them and in the process proceeded to get them all down even though I asked her not too, and she cut my cuticles on THREE different fingers. But she finished I was happy I was able to get them redone. But knew I'm not going back. She then tried to right me a ticket and I simply explained to her the whole thing to her and she walked over to Ben (the store manager) and of course they started talked in a different language and kept looking at me. Ben then kept asking me the same questions over and over again like who I spoke to on the phone and if it was a man. Every time I answered "they didn't say their name" and "no. It was not a man" by the fifth time he asked me I got irritated and he looked and rolled his eyes at me. And then went on to say " Yeah, we could've done them for free but only with a regular polish change. " so I explained to him nicely that the first original polish was gel and that's what I paid for so that's what I wanted again and he went on to say " well now it's been TWO weeks so it's been too long for us to redo gel ". It happen been a week and two days. Please explain to me how that is two weeks! He then went on to be rude to me and told me what I was doing wrong. Currently it's been 6 days since I got them redone and this polish is doing the exact same thing. It's fading into a gross color. Long story short..... I will never be returning back to The polish room. At least this location. IF YOURE READING THESE BEFORE YOU GO TO SEE WHAT ITS LIKE AT THE POLISH ROOM. DONT EVEN BOTHER. YOU WILL BE SO DISAPPOINTED. JUST KEEP YOUR MONEY NOW.
