rev:text	Everytime I visit this T&Co., I have such a great experience. I was in Vegas recently and my husband did something stupid, so I told him as a 'sorry' gesture, I would be shopping here and picking out a necklace I had my eye on for quite sometime. Sad thing is, it would sell out online within 10 minutes of me getting the email notification that it was back in stock. So I went here with high hopes... My friend and I were greeted by a very nice security guard who directed us to the area where I would find my necklace. We were greeted and helped by a fellow named Tommy Lam. I showed Tommy the necklace I was looking for and to my surprise he had never even seen it. When he looked it up, it was sold out EVERYWHERE, except Tiffany's in La Jolla, CA (about 2 hours from where I live) and a Tiffany's in Cincinnati, OH. He took the time to call a few other Tiffany's that showed 1 or 2 pieces in stock (a few ended up being damaged returns, etc). And the one in La Jolla ended up having one sellable one left. He had it put on hold for me and I picked it up when I came home. I can't thank him enough because his customer service skills are excellent. He even gave us water and made small talk while we were waiting and found out he's from southern california as well and we just enjoyed his company. Thanks again Tommy! I wish all associates were as awesome as he is.
