  • I have visited this locations a few times now. About a month ago I ordered a family meal to go. I called in 2 hours before I was going to be there, since I wanted to make sure it was ready when I got there. When I arrived I paid and the man at the register said he was waiting in the kabobs. I waited for about 15 minutes before he finally asked the chef for them,. They had been ready the whole time! I was frustrated to find out I waited for nothing. I called the next day and complained to the manager. He apologized and and offered me gift card. Today I called in an order again, the same man was behind the register. I paid and he immediately asked how long until my order was done. He let me know it would be about 4 minutes and offered me a fee drink while I waited. My meal was ready in the 4 minutes he quoted me. I'm so pleased to see that they have taken the time to improve service. I will definately be back!
