  • HORRIBLE!!! I moved here because my grandma lives a few streets down and she needed someone to be close by to help her in case she needed anything. This was the closest place to her and thought it looked nice from outside because the landscaping but this is hell! The day I moved in I didn't have a walk through, the place was incredibly dirty, things were broken and there were dead bugs lying all around. The office doesn't care about the people living here at all, I have called numerous times for maintenance requests and he either came by weeks later or not at all. At times, I'd call the after hours number when my AC went out and the lady hung up on me! The neighboors are horrible and deal drugs, I can smell it all the way from my apartment. Whenever they have their "friends" come over my apartment seems to be the first one they see and try breaking in. Nothing happens with them even though i've called the police a few times. My favorite part was when I first moved in you could only shower for 5 minutes because that's how long the hot water would last. Maintenance finally showed up to "fix it" and now I get a whole 10 minutes!! Woohoo!! The price for this apartment is outrageous for what it really is. I would not advise moving here at all! I can't wait to get out of this dump!!
