  • I found this nail spa on Yelp. My personal strategy to filter the true rating of a business is to read the negative reviews and judge for myself the justification for their rating. My experience at "Scottsdale Hand and Foot Spa" is proof my filter is working for me. My treatment was nothing short of perfection! As a walk-in my first impression of the spa was relaxed and inviting. The staff was very efficient and I was quickly seated for my pedicure with Tom. I chose the "Scottsdale VIP Spa Package". As Tom began soaking my feet in the luxurious aloe "Jelly Pedi", Denny the owner came over and introduced himself. Denny made sure I was comfortable and had the time necessary to enjoy the full treatment. The total package took just over 2 hours and was so worth it! Tom was very attentive and thorough always checking my comfort and approval along the way. The scrub they use on your legs and feet is so invigorating. I have very thick heel callouses, a result of a bad habit of going barefoot, but Tom took the time to remove and smooth them. This along with the paraffin treatment left my heels in the best shape ever! My manicure, also by Tom, was just as great an experience. I got a French-tip gel polish manicure on my short nails and Tom made them look awesome! I will definitely return when I'm back in Scottsdale. Thanks Denny and Tom!
