  • Very disappointed !!! I received a gift card here from my husband for Christmas gift and am a busy stay at home mom Of two small children so was excited to get away for some me time !! I walked in and walked up to the counter and told them I had a 2:00 apt so they had me take a seat and fill out some info in an iPad they ask you arrive 10 -15 min before appointment to do this.Well finally at 2:15 my therapist Kim came and got me and thanked me for waiting , she was very sweet & nice the massage was ok not anything special I opted for he 90 min. She went ahead and gave a full body massage but put this warm compression under my neck which felt good at first but at one point I had to ask to remove it since it made my neck so stiff and soar :( she massaged it out and I could tell she felt bad about it, I went ahead and got dressed and went to front where o walked out to a bunch of drama and a client who had received a facial who cleverly was unhappy and looked awful esp for just having a facial I would never get one there after that hot mess but the main reason I'm giving a low review is I was not asked how my service was nor was I offered any kind of membership info not that I would have taken it after he massage I received but the girls at front were just flat out rude and unprofessional the girl checking me out was over listening to the angry customer next to me rolling her eyes he was not Trying to be pleasant in any way I was not given a receipt for my transaction or thanked for my business for $96 that included the tip I would never recommend this business based off the customer service or lack there of that is given as well as feeling like I've been in an and felt worse walking out of there then when I arrived.
