  • Perhaps I got a stylist on an off day? I chose this salon based on reviews. I went in for a color. Even though she was very personable and seemed to listen to me, she completely disregarded the color choice I was seeking and her technique left my hair less to be desired. I wasn't told I couldn't achieve the color, or it could come out looking different than my choice. I understand that Its not always possible to get a color on hair, but she chose a different tone than I asked for and seemed to brag about her choice. I ended up going to another salon the next day to fix the job she did. It was embarrassingly bad.
